I use this for our CD collection. The sliding doors are an attractive feature and make it more classy than just another media rack.

It took longer than expected to assemble, but was not too difficult.

Does just what we wanted it to do i.e. keeps CDs and DVDs visible and easily accessible.The look is attractive. Doors work very smoothly. Like the fact that it is just deep enough to store media without intruding into the room space.

Sturdy enough for the purpose but care must be taken when moving it so as not to damage it.

Would like to have had some additional shelf adjustments available by having more holes spaced more closely together on the side panels where shelf mounts are placed.

Generally speaking, we are pleased.

I was looking for some way to organize my CDs and came across this product online. I was leery about ording furniture onlie, but this one was higly recommended. I love the look of it and it was easy to assemble. I would recommend a rubber mallet or small hammer in addition to the tools used to assemble. The only thing I regret is that the unit isn't at least one shelf taller. I will end up getting a second unit for my collection.

I bought this to store my DVDs, CDs and VHS tapes. It does hold a lot of stuff but I had to leave one shelf out because of the VHS tapes were too tall. I like the cabinet, I guess we just have too many things to put in it.

I was a little worried about getting this product after reading some of the reviews, but I love this product. I had no problems with assembly. I had it together and ready to go in about 40 minutes, and that was with 2 toddlers crawling all over everything. The only complaint that I do have is that it's made of particle board material, so at the top where the bar goes to allow it to slide and the bottom where the roller wheels are put were cracked. It was on the backside so I installed them anyways and it allowed it to have extra support since the pieces are screwed it. You can't see it from the front and it doesn't cause any problems sliding the door. The screws are hard to get it, but you just have to screw them in with a screw driver. Don't use a drill! If you put it just a little bit too tight it will crack the particle board around it or strip the hole/plastic piece. Over all I love the product and it holds a ton of DVDs/cds. The espresso color is very dark, but it matches my other living room furniture perfectly.

This product looks a lot nicer than it actually is. As much as I paid, I thought it would be a lot more sturdy, with thicker wood/veneer panes.
I have quite a few cds and dvds and thought I could fit both, but it didn't work out that way. This product seems to work best with just cds, so now that's all I have in it. I have purchased another product for the storage of my dvds.
