I purchased one of these chairs for my son for Christmas and the seat ripped on it within a couple of weeks. I was subsequently sent a replacement under warranty and it has also ripped on the seat. I would not recommend this chair but CSN has been great to deal with regarding the problems I have had and I would highly recommend shopping on their website.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Ordered 2 seats and the kids use them mostly for XBox. The wireless capability was amazing initially but now after 1 week it has become intermittent(maybe because of cordless phones in the house on same frequency). Sound and apppearance is great. Not comfortable for an adult if seated for extended period of time and head does not rest on back of seat unless U are short. Fabric tore on one of seats under normal use. Despite this we are still happy with the seats.
Service and delivery comments:
Very fast delivery before Xmas. Able to track packages very easily. Seats arrived in perfect condition. Did not need customer service.

the wireless option was difficult to set up. Shouldn't need connecting to the back of the TV if it's using XBOX 360 as a hub and yet it does.....
